Party Planning Expert is headed and edited by Anne Lamb whose background includes both skills as an international photo feature writer and as an event planner.  Over the years Anne has run corporate events, parties, charity balls and weddings - as well as sourcing venues for top events and meetings.

This dedicated party planning site was created as a direct result of the numerous emails received by Anne’s event company asking for help, either in simply supplying party ideas or, on advice about breaking into the party planning business. The site is designed to help all the thousands of people who are planning to hold a party of their own or suddenly find that they have been given the overwhelming responsibility of running a corporate event.

To counteract some of the inevitable stress that normally goes hand-in-hand with organising almost any kind of event (whether it be an intimate dinner party or a huge Christmas bash), Anne offers a step-by-step, regularly updated, guide on how to experience the entire party planning process and come out the other end sane and hopefully fulfilled.
